When I went on my European Adventure this fall, I took a small version of myself with me. Here I am in a graveyard in Paris. (The bag holds a mini camera, pencil, and the sketchbook).

I've been such a mean-spirited person, posting stairs and dino heads and masks and saying they're for "something I'm working on" and then not posting what it is I was working on. Well, I apologise and I hope the following will make up for the splintered pieces.

The Ravenous Reader. And no ravenous reading dino is complete without wing-tip shoes, argyle sweater vests, and bow-ties! Happy breakfasting!

Chapter 2: Footsteps, Feather, and Bone

A snap of the set for the illustration of Chapter 2 for the ACC show. The colors will be much more vibrant in the final piece (a flash was used in obtaining this image). The stairs were constructed using cereal boxes, various types of glue, and stiff paper.

I'm working on a new piece just for fun (the idea came to me while skiing). Here is some hand-stenciled wallpaper for the piece:

And a dino head. He will eventually wear an argyle sweater vest.
