Illustration Thesis

For the first semester of thesis I am illustrating four of Edward Lear's Limericks from The Book of Nonsense. Here are the first two.

There was an Old Man with a beard
Who said, "It is just as I feared!-
Two Owls and a Hen,
Four Larks and a Wren,
Have all built their nests in my beard!"

There was an Old Person whose habits,
Induced him to feed upon Rabbits;
When he'd eaten eighteen,
He turned perfectly green,
Upon which he relinquished those habits.

Hi Marika,

This is Annette, Charlie Halpern's wife. Our daughter, Hannah, is contemplating various options for college, including some combination of photography, Spanish, and Latin American culture, possibly taking the approach of photojournalism or visual anthropology. One thing she needs to do is learn about assembling a portfolio of her work for college applications.

Would you have time to correspond with her? If so, ask your Mom for my e-mail and I'll put the two of you in touch.

Your work is amazing! I really like the way the blog allows you to show the work in various stages of completion.
